Writing my upcoming book on retrospectives makes me look with a beginner’s eyes at Scrummasterdom and the materials I use for it. This resulted in the first video about my facilitation kit and now this one about whiteboard magnets:

So, if you are a whiteboard newbie and have only recently started to organize your work on a whiteboard, this video for you. I show the pros and cons of a variety of magnets.
TL;DW: I like pawn-shaped magnets and small Neodym cubes. The standard flat, disc-shaped magnets are fine, if you’re okay with them losing their plastic casings even faster than western governments drop civil rights.
